![]() Note: The photoX you pasted could be placed anywhere in the document, it could be under the rectangles as well so in order to bring the pasted photo to visibility select Move Tool from Tool Bar keep clicking with the mouse and move the cursor around, when you see your photoX appear drag it along the rectangles, photoX becomes visible only on top of rectangle1, place it on top of rectangle1. A new layer (layer1)will be created containing the photo on top of rectangle1.
